Reception work exchange at Bed and Breakfast in Beautiful Peruvian Town in the Sacred Valley

"I like being outside, living away from traffic in a beautiful place, meeting our lovely guests and helping them enjoy their stay in Peru"

This is the Deal

We do work exchange with responsible people who help with reception, sometimes breakfasts, checking rooms, answering email and dealing with reservations and sometimes other work as required. 30 hours a week in return for Bed and Breakfast and usually lunch.

A key element of the job is to empower our local staff with regard to speaking English as well as computer and administrative skills. One thing to realise is that working hours can be at odd times, the days our local staff have their day off (Sunday mornings and afternoons) and evenings at present.

You must be hard-working and enthusiastic like us!

Welcome Skills: We are currently looking for a long term HelpXer or Work exchanger or couple, preferably 3-12 months, fluent or almost fluent in Spanish and English, who is personable, reponsible and hard-working and with good administrative and email skills and attention to detail to help at the lodge. We are also interested in people with carpentry, gardening and marketing skills, Interpersonal skills, responsible, administrative skills, email

Apu Lodge is in a beautiful site. Our lodge is in the Inca town of Ollantaytambo, gateway to Machu Picchu in the Sacred Valley of Cusco, Peru. It is a small (8 rooms) quality Bed and Breakfast located in the pedestrian Inka streets of the village.
